Seaport Hotel

Great hotel. Breakfast was great. Service was amazing, free valet parking service and super fast, staff is super attentive. Internet is a bit slow sometimes but I assume that’s Turkey! Great view from sea view food and great location, esp for a morning swim next to the castle! Great value for AUD 160 per night including breakfast.

We stayed at the Numa Port hotel in September. The hotel and rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. The sea view rooms have a gorgeous view overlooking the port. The room included the use of a coffee machine, iron, safe and hair dryer at no additional cost. A mini bar was included in the room with a menu to advise on prices of the items. Room service was also available at a cost. The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast had loads of choice including fruits, salads, cereals, bread, pastries and hot Turkish items. The location of the hotel meant it was in proximity of lots of restaurants and clubs. There is a beach 10-15 mins walk away where they charge around 120-160tl for 2 sunbeds. Unfortunately the noise from the club next door did filter into the hotel especially with rooms right next to it, however the noise was less so in rooms higher and further away. This is not the fault of the hotel but rather where it is located. We would however return due to the nice hotel and staff.

A absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect location. And for some of us, like me, the location also means a lot to a visit somewhere. There's a very small beach (about 100 meters wide) just a 5 minutes walk in the direction of the "Red Tower". Don't miss this! Feels almost like a private beach, and here the water is absolutely crystal clear. No sand, but rather small stones. Great place for a swim. The bigger "sandy" beach is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There's a little store just beside the hotel where you can buy your snacks, drinks, ciggarettes, liquor etc. A 2 minutes walk and you're already in the middle of nightclubs, restaurants and shopping areas. The staff in the hotel and the hotel bar was always so nice, friendly, and ready to help at the slightest wink. Make sure, if you always go to bed early, to get a room not close to the Sky Bar in the same building. We weren't close, and we didn't hear a sound, it was dead quiet, perfect sleep! My mom's birthday happened a few days after check in, and that day, as we arrived from the beach, the staff had put a bottle of wine, two wine glasses, a basket of various fruit and a birthday card in our room. Such a nice gesture that made her so happy. Thank you all the hotel staff for making our visit great, and a shout out to the lady cleaner, I think her name was "Teria" or something. She was a real gem, and we had to give her a big tip. Also the the nice handsome young boy who parked the cars and helped with bags.

The hotel left mixed impressions. The room was cozy and clean, but the air conditioning didn't work well. The sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway were heard very well, which interfered with rest and sleep. Overall, the hotel needs to improve sound insulation so that guests can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. The service at breakfast was particularly disappointing. The staff was unresponsive and inefficient. The only manager tried hard, but the girl who served only one table was inactive and didn't perform her duties. Instead of taking orders, they just stood in the corner. Despite the few guests in the room, the staff couldn't handle the service. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the staff's work needs serious improvement.

Excellent stay! We had a good experience and would highly recommend them for your accommodation! My partner and I arrived past 12am but they still welcomed us, gave us some sweet treats and helped us with our luggage. The breakfast options were also fantastic, a different selection of hot breakfast every morning and the staff are attentive and friendly, always wishing us a good morning. On our last day, our flight was at 11pm and our transfer at 7pm so we asked for a late check out and they helped us with that for an extra charge which is so worth it since we were leaving late that day. About the room: it was fantastic! We got a cute futon, a balcony and great wardrobe space, the bed was so comfy too and best of all, we got slippers! I love it when hotels do that. Overall location was also fantastic, literally 2 mins to the grand bazaar, 2 mins to Tersane beach, less than 10 mins to KFC, Starbucks, macdonalds and BK. But there is also fantastic local food around us and plenty of little shops for water and snacks.

The hotel was really good the location is amazing the rooms are clean the rooms are spacious and modern the bed is really comfortable only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the AC was not very good and also the sound insolation of the rooms you can hear a lot of things outsdie the room but other than that it’s an amazing hotel family friendly would definitely recommend
